Combined Bachelor's-and-Master's Pathways
Combined Bachelor’s-and-Master’s (BAM) Pathway in Hawaiian Studies and Teaching
Effective Fall 2021, in collaboration with the College of Education, Kamakakūokalani offers a combined Bachelor of Arts in Hawaiian Studies (HWST) and Master of Education in Teaching (MEdT) pathway that helps students earn both degrees in five years, including teacher certification leading to licensure. Combined Bachelor’s-and-Master’s (BAM) Pathway in Department of Urban & Regional Planning
Combined Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree (BAM) Pathways afford a way for highly motivated students to efficiently complete a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in a shorter time frame by double-counting course work (3 courses) at the undergraduate tuition rate. In most cases, pathway students graduate with the Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree within 5 years (total).
